Driving Global Impact: The Power of Partnership Between Roots & Shoots and DP World

At Jane Goodall’s Roots & Shoots, we believe that creating a better world for people, animals, and the environment requires more than passion—it requires action, collaboration, and strong, lasting partnerships.

That’s why we are proud to celebrate our ongoing partnership with DP World, a collaboration that has been making a tangible difference since 2022.

Through this partnership, the Jane Goodall Institute Global has managed small internal grants that empower Roots & Shoots offices and multinational teams to expand their reach and impact. These grants have enabled local leaders to implement innovative projects that address pressing environmental and social challenges in their communities.

A Global Network of Change

Since the start of this partnership, the ripple effect has been extraordinary:

22 countries have been directly involved as recipients of at least one round of funding or through multinational grants.
An additional 20 countries have been indirectly engaged, amplifying the reach of our shared mission.

179 workshops held to build knowledge and skills for sustainable living.
19,722 recipients of educational materials, ensuring access to resources that inspire action.
295,570 people reached through social media and other platforms, spreading awareness and hope.

Beyond our direct partnership, DP World is making a global impact through their global education platform , which invites users everywhere to:

• Access a variety of resources and e-learning courses for educators, students, and changemakers alike.
